I give this to my 5-year-old who struggles with bedtime and sleeping alone. I mix it with some immunity tea (no sugar) and it kicks in after about 30 minutes. I read him a story, let him watch 15 minutes of SpongeBob, and he's out like a light, no issues at all!

This is a decent product, but I do wish the taste could be improved. The source of the product is good, it's a B grade medical product used for sleep disorders to help with late-night mania and restlessness. It reminds me of the Valerian root I had in my youth, which tasted better. However, if you struggle with sleep disorders, the taste is worth the benefits. It's good for combating tiredness, dizziness, and late-night cravings. While the taste may be a bit off, it's recommended to supplement with melatonin and cough syrup for better sleep. The product is derived from wild Valerian root, which gives it a unique and effective touch.
I give this to my 5-year-old who struggles with bedtime and sleeping alone. I mix it with some immunity tea (no sugar) and it kicks in after about 30 minutes. I read him a story, let him watch 15 minutes of SpongeBob, and he's out like a light, no issues at all!
