Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order by contacting us via email. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible) we will attempt, but cannot guarantee, that we will be able to cancel an order you placed. Orders which have already been processed in our warehouse cannot be changed or canceled. Please read our return policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

Our 30-day Money-back Guarantee

HerbEra offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on retail items sold through this website, even if it was opened. It is OK, to change your mind.

Creating a return

Before initiating a return, please review the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Returned goods must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The valid RMA number must be marked on the return package (more details below in ‘RMA Numbers’).

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Bulk Packaged Products (1 gallon and 5 gallons jugs)

RETURNS: We will not accept returns on the Bulk packaged products if the item has been opened. 

20% restocking fee will be applied on unopened/sealed items. Please consider purchasing insurance on the shipment, we will not refund damaged during transit items.

COVID-19 ADVISORY

RETURNS: We will not accept returns on the following items: Osha, Lomatium, Quinine, Cinchona, Forsythia, Elderberry, Andrographis, Bupleurum, Lung Fortitude, Urgent Immune Boost, respiratory supplements, and all other immune products.

Exchanges

We'll always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 30 days,  If you need to have an item swapped out, please send us a message at support@herb-era.com, please include your order number, a picture of damaged shipping packaging, and pictures of damaged product. 

RMA numbers

In order to return a product to HerbEra, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can get one by contacting us by clicking here.

Please Include your order number in your message.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: HerbEra LLC. PO BOX 5306, Denver, CO, 80217

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
