Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

While supplements typically fall under non-returnable items according to the law, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund the original payment.

Easy and Convenient Returns

Returns can be conveniently initiated directly through your order page. If assistance is needed, please contact our customer support team via our contact form.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after initiating the return.

Flexible Return Shipping Options

Customers have the freedom to choose how to ship returns back to us:

  • Request a prepaid shipping label on your order page for a flat fee of $5 USD (deducted from your refund).

  • Or choose your own preferred shipping method at your expense.

Important: You must clearly write your order number on the outside of the return package.

Note: Damaged or defective product returns will not incur a return shipping fee.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will promptly provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost. Please contact our support team via our contact form and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged packaging, and the damaged product.

International Returns Accepted

We proudly serve customers worldwide and accept returns on international orders within the same 30-day window. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Wholesale Returns Available

Wholesale customers can return products subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for wholesale returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of returned goods.

Transparent and Timely Refunds

Refunds are processed promptly within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned product. You will receive notification via email once your refund has been processed.

Simple Cancellation Process

You may request an order cancellation through our convenient contact form. Cancellation requests are not confirmed until you receive acknowledgment from our customer support team. Due to rapid order processing, cancellations are attempted but not guaranteed if the order has already been processed. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled and will need to follow our standard return procedures.
