Shipping policy

Our company offers Free Ground Shipping with delivery within 7 business days after fulfillment. When purchasing gallons, the processing can take up to 14 business days. We also provide various paid options for faster delivery, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS services. The final shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, based on your chosen shipping method and destination. This allows you to select the best option that suits your needs and budget.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Any requested non-USPS shipping option will be replaced with similar USPS service when ship to P.O. boxes.

HerbEra ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. owned territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

HerbEra is to protect customers and we take responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@herb-era.com to file a claim and request replacement. It is required to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Due to temporary restrictions, international delivery is currently limited to wholesale orders only; retail customers will not be able to ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes HerbEra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are dictated by your state’s tax laws (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
