I USED THE OILS IN MY HUMIDIFIER AND THEY MADE MY HOME SMELL LOVELY. SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT.
I give this to my 5-year-old who struggles with bedtime and sleeping alone. I mix it with some immunity tea (no sugar) and it kicks in after about 30 minutes. I read him a story, let him watch 15 minutes of SpongeBob, and he's out like a light, no issues at all!
