This product has the expected herby taste being an alcohol-based extract, but it's bearable when mixed with water. Personally, I don't mind the taste. I've been using it twice a day and I'm halfway through the bottle. I've noticed a positive impact on how I handle work-related stress. I find myself able to take a deep breath and work through challenging problems that I would have struggled with before.
It took me about a week to see this change, but once I did, I noticed that I wasn't getting as stressed in similar situations as I would have been a few months ago. I must mention that I don't usually get stressed easily, so my stress levels and responses are probably lower than most people. However, I have noticed a difference since taking this extract. I plan on buying it again because of the benefits it has provided me.
