Tastes really good, works really well - much faster than dry form
Sometimes the flavor of tinctures can be iffy, but this one tastes great -- a gentle, sweet flavor that is actually quite pleasant. Hold it under your tongue for 10-15 seconds, then swallow, and I'm all for it. Starts working as an anxiety reducer within half an hour. Definitely suggest giving it a shot. Just a heads up, the dropper doesn't have any markings -- one dose is around 25-30 drops. If you try to squeeze it as much as possible, it only holds about 15 drops, so two "full" squeezes should do the trick.
