I've only had this product for about a week and a half, so I can't say for sure if it's the right fit for me just yet. In the past, I've tried different licorice root extract brands, and I feel like this one goes down smoothly but with a bit more wateriness compared to others. It's nice that this bottle contains 4oz while most others only offer 2oz. I might share more feedback once I've used it for a longer time or if I decide to get another bottle. The customer service is top-notch, though. They genuinely care about how the product is working for me and have been keeping in touch via email. I've never had any other company stay as connected as these guys have. Much appreciated!
