This is a vital herbal supplement I have used for perhaps longer than any other herb, for my asthma / COPD. I remember reading about it many years ago in Prevention magazine, which my mom (a nurse's aide) used to get. She sparked my interest in nutrition and health so I'm so glad that HerbEra has made this product available. I would never want to be without it! Though I'm not sure what the studies say, I've heard it also has anti-tumor properties. But it definitely will help clear your lungs and give you freer breathing, so add it to your nutritional regimen for a fresh start!
