Horny Goat Weed Tincture

In looking for something that would give me energy later in the day, I decided to try this HGW tincture. I love the fact that it's in liquid form so I can regulate how much I take. For some of us, caffeine and epimedium don't mix (they can spike blood pressure if taken simultaneously/too close together). I still like my organic coffee earlier in the day; the caffeine energy boost provides stamina and focus for mental work. But due to age (in my 50's), I also like the energy boost from the epimedium/HGW later in the day. HGW works differently from caffeine and provides physical stamina for better gym workouts (I've noticed) and less fatigue in the evening, in addition to its namesake impact on libido. It's much more than just the libido impact. Most surprising to me, it makes a huge impact on the quality of my sleep. I actually feel tired when I go to bed and rest much better. These benefits come from taking it once daily BTW so I can also have my coffee, and lately I've really been taking it only about five days a week so my body doesn't get dulled to its effect. This product from Herb-era is effective and definitely merits five stars in my experience.
