I'M OKAY WITH ALCOHOL IN MY TINCTURES, BUT GLYCERINE MAKES IT LESS BURNY WITHOUT WATER. I USE THIS PRODUCT AT NIGHT TO HELP ME SLEEP. I TAKE TWO DROPPERS FULL (ACTUALLY, THE LONG DROPPER IN THE 4 OZ. BOTTLE ONLY FILLS ABOUT HALF WAY WITH A GOOD SQUEEZE, SO IT WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE TO SAY I TAKE TWO SQUEEZES) 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE BED. IT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE AND MOST EFFECTIVE NATURAL SLEEP AIDS. IT ALSO ENHANCES DREAMS A BIT, BUT NOT IN A WILD OR UPSETTING WAY. AND I'M NOT GROGGY IN THE MORNING.
