I take 3 in the morning and 3 at bedtime. This California poppy is the most effective one I've tried so far. Will definitely purchase it again, highly recommend.

good alternative pain relief
I've tested out this product as a substitute for traditional pain relief for my inflammatory arthritis. I discovered that this product does provide some pain relief, comparable to using basic painkillers. I decided to purchase another bottle, but even though my account shows that the order has been delivered, I still haven't received it. I've been patiently waiting for weeks now, but it seems like I won't be getting it at all. Despite this issue, I would still recommend the product. **Edit - I attempted to reach out to the company via Amazon but haven't heard back, so unfortunately, I've lost this order.**
