Best Vegan Option
This bugleweed whole herb product is the best I've tried so far. It's great that it comes in a vegan capsule. I also have a bugleweed/motherwort/lemon balm tincture handy for immediate calming effects on my thyroid and heart rate, but the taste can be off-putting. The 120-capsule bottle offers the best value for me. I stick to taking 4-6 capsules daily as directed. I'm not a fan of gelatin capsules, they seem cheap and unreliable compared to the quality of materials used in these capsules.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product, especially because it contains ONLY Bugleweed. I had a bad experience with another brand that had Bugleweed and other ingredients, causing flu-like symptoms that lasted for 3 days after just 1 pill. So, I was really HAPPY that this one didn't cause any negative effects. I take it for my hyperthyroidism along with motherwort and lemon balm, in addition to my non-iodine and iron vitamins, and the difference has been HUGE. My appetite has returned (previously could go days without eating), I feel much better overall, my period is now regular and lighter (before, it was heavy and lasted 7 days with irregular heavy cramping), my energy levels are up, and my mood has improved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because I tried to order the 120 capsules for daily use, but even on the delivery day, the
