I'm 43 years old and have noticed changes in my menstrual cycles. Lately, I've been spotting for 5 or 6 days before my period starts, and it's been going on for months. A friend recommended Blue Cohosh to me. I decided to give it a try for two cycles, and each time I took it, I experienced strong cramps and my period would start the next day. It really does the job!! I just wanted my period to start without the delay. I was hesitant at first, but I'm so happy that it worked. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to give this one 5 stars!!! The taste was barely noticeable when mixed with juice, which was a big help!!!
