The first time I tried this Ashwagandha by Herb Era through Ebay. I tried a different brand after that but didn't like it. So, I'm glad I found Herb Era's website and ordered again. It works to help keep my moods even. I am premenopausal and my hormones were making me act crazy! I'm calmer, and my joints don't ache anymore. I also noticed being more focused and full of energy to burn! My mom tried it once in mid-day and it made her sleepy but that makes sense since she doesn't sleep well due to dementia.
I suggest taking it minutes before bed for a good sleep. I was taking it after dinner and it didn't seem to help me sleep as well, maybe I took it too early. Alcohol taste is strong but I had a alcohol-free version from another company and it was WAY TOO SWEET cause they used vegetable glycerin to extract. Over all, it works and I chose tincture cause I don't like swallowing pills. They tea is nice, too! Thank you Herb Era!
