Helps so much!

For whatever reason, kelp is not what my thyroid wants. This bladderwrack is definitely what it wants! It's FANTASTIC! It nourishes my thyroid and helps me to sleep better, digest better and methylate better! I have cancer, and I’m needing a lot of it right now. This is the best whole food source of iodine I have found.

A great way to support my body's detox.

Ever go to a garden center? Or smell bags of fertilizer at the farm supply store? These taste like that smells. Not bad, just... unusual. There's a natural sweetness from the glycerin and then the unmistakeable taste of chemical fertilizer with some herbal, bitter notes thrown in for good measure. The actives in this can actually support liver function and may offer some protection, but for actual detox, well, that's what your kidneys and liver are for. If you have concerns about how well they're working for you, a consult with your healthcare provider might be in order.

Provides a nice, subtle boost to my day.

I got this because I use a drive product once it twice a year. You need to take care of your liver and your kidneys. They work for you 24/7 and the typical diet makes them have to work really hard. I like the ingredients in this brand and it tastes good too.

The herbal blend is exactly what I needed.

The HerbEra Georgia Herbal Detox Blend - USDA Organic Extract is a liquid herbal supplement that combines several well-known herbs often associated with general wellness and liver support. The formula includes ingredients like ashwagandha, milk thistle, turmeric, dandelion root, licorice root, nettle leaf, and rosemary. These are herbs that have long histories in herbal traditions and are commonly used to support the body's natural detox processes and overall balance. The tincture comes in a dropper bottle, which makes it easy to measure and add to water, tea, or juice. The flavor is herbal and slightly bitter-as expected with most natural extracts-but it's not overly strong and is manageable when mixed with a drink. What stands out is the organic formulation and the convenience of having multiple herbs combined into a single product instead of taking several separate supplements. It feels like a gentle supplement rather than an aggressive "cleanse."This is a convenient herbal blend for those interested in plant-based wellness supplements. The liquid format makes it easy to incorporate into a daily routine, and the ingredient list includes several herbs commonly used for general health support. Tastes good.

North Carolina Detox Blend

Surprisingly mild and easy to take.

HerbEra's North Carolina Herbal Detox Blend feels like a gentle, everyday support tincture rather than a harsh cleanse. The organic formula relies on classic liver herbs such as dandelion root and milk thistle, with additional botanicals to support overall detoxification and immune function. It is marketed to suit each state's unique climate, but I don't see a huge difference between the tinctures. Plus, I didn't find one for my location, so I picked the North Carolina blend, and each blend looks good to me anyway. The flavor is very herbal and distinct, as you'd expect from an alcohol-based extract, so I definitely prefer it diluted in a small glass of water or juice rather than straight, as suggested. I like that this is USDA organic, and part of a wider liver and kidney support line from a company that focuses specifically on herbal extracts. Lab third-party testing is almost a must with these types of drops for me, so I appreciate that they seem to verify that. It can be worked into a routine with just a dropper a couple of times a day, and I see this as a supportive wellness product for liver and digestion, not a miracle detox; anyone with medical conditions or on prescription meds should still check in with their doctor first. It's a good option if you're looking for a clean, herbal tincture to support gentle daily detox. I just haven't seen any noticeable results yet; it is pretty pricey for a small bottle, and the label is hard to read, so I'm reducing it to one star.

Love how easy it is to mix with water.

This is a USDA Organic liquid extract blend with dandelion root, milk thistle, noni, sarsaparilla, schisandra, and several other herbs commonly associated with liver, kidney, and immune support. The product comes in a 2-ounce dark glass bottle with a dropper. The liquid has a reddish-brown color and a mild herbal scent. Taste-wise, it's earthy with a slight sweetness from the organic glycerin - noticeable if taken directly, but easily masked when mixed into juice or water. I've been adding a dropperful to my morning routine. The dropper has measurements, which makes dosing simple. The bottle arrived with a safety seal intact. Mine arrived in Feb 2026 and the expiration date is 11/04/2031, so that's several years out, so shelf life is good. The recommended dosage is 1-2 droppers per day, which means this bottle should last about a month. Effectiveness is always tricky with herbal supplements - you're looking for subtle shifts rather than dramatic changes. After a couple weeks, I feel like maybe I have a bit more energy and clarity, but it's not the kind of thing that hits you over the head. It's more of a background support. The labeling could be more transparent. The ingredients list is clear and all organic, but I couldn't find where the individual herbs are sourced from, only that the product is made in the USA. For a month's supply of organic liquid extracts from a US-based company, the price is reasonable. I hope this review has been helpful to you.

Great to find a clean, US-made supplement

This supplement impressed me with the varied range of herbs tailored to support a system detox within a naturally based, vegan and organic formula. Even the base is organic glycerin, which is nice to see. The alcohol-free formula has a not-too-terrible taste to it with the glycerin lending some sweetness. It does have a potent herbal flavor with a strong overlying note of sarsaparilla. This formula comes in a dark amber colored glass bottle to protect the quality, and inside is a glass dropper that is marked with measurements for easy dosing. I do find this a bit easier to take than capsules and being in a liquid form does help it to be more bioavailable as well. I have had no issues taking these, even on an empty stomach. Overall, for the current cost of just under $30 for 85 servings, I do feel like this is a good, competitive value compared to similar quality products.

Impressive list of high-quality herbs.

This California Herbal Detox Blend brings together several herbs I already use and appreciate-burdock, dandelion root, milk thistle, nettle, schisandra, and eleuthero. It's USDA Organic and made in the USA, which is something I look for with tinctures. I live in California, so I ordered the California blend. The combination of burdock and nettle is traditionally used for kidney and filtration support, while milk thistle and dandelion root are well-known for their role in general liver wellness. Schisandra and eleuthero add a steadier, more grounding element, and cordyceps rounds it out with a subtle lift. The extract itself tastes clean and herbal, not overly bitter, and the dropper works well. The product seems well-made, and the ingredients list is straightforward-no unnecessary fillers. It's third-party tested, which is very important to me. Overall, it's a solid, well-crafted blend for anyone who enjoys incorporating traditional herbs into their routine. It's not a dramatic, overnight type of product, but it fits nicely into a steady, supportive wellness approach.

Gentle but effective liver support.

I was really looking forward to trying this detox blend to help with some bloating and fatigue. When it arrived, I did notice the outer box wasn't sealed, which gave me a moment of pause. However, I was relieved to see that the inner bottle itself had a secure, intact safety seal, so I felt confident the product hadn't been tampered with. The liquid is a reddish-brown color. I took it with 2 oz of water as directed. It has a faint floral scent, and the taste reminded me a bit of blueberries. It was easy enough to get down. This blend contains well-known herbs like Milk Thistle and Dandelion. That said, because these are potent herbs (like Stinging Nettle, which can affect blood sugar), if you have specific health conditions or take medications, it is definitely worth a discussion with your healthcare provider before trying it. While the quality of the ingredients seems great, I ended up having a couple of challenges that mean I probably won't repurchase:First, the recommended dosage is 2-3 times a day. For me, that was a lot of upkeep for a liquid supplement compared to just taking a capsule once or twice a day. Second, even when I took it with food, I noticed it impacted my blood sugar levels more than I was comfortable with. I think this blend is just a bit too potent for my system, and unfortunately, I didn't see the improvement in my bloating and fatigue that I was hoping for. If you are used to liquid tinctures and don't mind a few doses a day, this is a high-quality, potent option. It just wasn't the right fit for my lifestyle or my body.

Solid organic extract, highly recommend.

Interesting marketing idea.... 50 states, capturing the essence of each state, while each embodies the "character, rhythm and natural energy of its home state". A quick check of the others listed shows they all have the same base (dandelion root and milk thistle), then with other various additions, but all are actually made in Denver from "trusted global suppliers". Basically you choose which ingredients you want and find the "state" that matches up. There is a card inside the box with QR code for a 5 minute test to "help you determine the state of your body systems." Upon completion, "you will receive personalized recommendations on how to support your health." (I did not take the test.)Both the herbs and the glycerin are USDA certified organic, manufactured in a GMP certified facility in Denver, and are third party tested (COA not shown.) The actual product is pleasant tasting, and easy to take directly in your mouth if you prefer. The label states "333 mg/ml Herbal Extraction Rate - 1/3". Is that total mg per serving? The ingredients are in a blend, and I don't understand many total mg you are getting per dose, let alone individually, which makes it impossible to know how much you are actually taking. There is a web address and a mailing address listed on the bottle. The production ticks all the right boxes (no added sugars/sweeteners, artificial flavors, no perservatives, allergens, vegan, etc), the product is easy to take, made in the USA (but ingredient sourcing locations not stated, beyond "global") and the presentation is good. Regardless of all of that, the lack of clear information as to mg per serving is a huge problem for me. So A+ on marketing ingenuity, but C- on transparency for how much I'm actually taking. With clearer numbers, this would be a 5 star product.

Exactly the supportive blend I was looking for.

I have been using the HerbEra Georgia Herbal Detox Blend for a few weeks now and it has become part of my daily routine. I appreciate that it is made with organic ingredients and crafted in the USA. The liquid format makes it simple to take and easy to add to my morning routine. The flavor is herbal but smooth and not overpowering. I like knowing that the blend includes well known herbs that are traditionally used for overall wellness. Since starting it I feel more balanced and consistent in my energy throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind to support my body with plant based ingredients. I also value that it fits easily into my existing supplement routine without causing any discomfort. The dropper makes it convenient and mess free to measure. I have not experienced any negative side effects while using it as directed. It feels like a thoughtful combination of herbs that work well together. Overall I am pleased with the quality and experience and would consider purchasing it again.

Feeling more energized and balanced.

I ordered this herbal detox blend and was interested because I already drink dandelion tea regularly for its natural health benefits. In addition to dandelion root, this formula includes burdock root, stinging nettle leaf, cordyceps mushroom, eleuthero root, milk thistle seed, and schisandra berry. It's vegan, not tested on animals, marketed as 100% natural, made in the USA - all things I appreciate in a supplement. The tincture comes in an opaque glass bottle with a glass dropper marked for easy measuring. A serving is 0.7 mL, and the instructions suggest mixing it with 2 ounces of juice or water 2-3 times per day. I have been mixing it with plain water without any issues.Since I'm familiar with the taste of dandelion tea, I found this blend to be much milder. It has almost no scent and only a light herbal taste, so juice isn't really necessary. I feel like this blend saves me a lot of time, the supplement takes seconds to drop in a small glass of water. It's a great option for when I don't have time to brew an herbal tea with added health-focused ingredients. Overall, this is an easy to take herbal supplement with a gentle flavor. If you're looking for a mild, plant-based tincture to add to your routine, this may be a good option.

No bitter aftertaste at all.

I have recently gotten into tinctures, but this is my first time trying this brand. I don't live in Texas, but the ingredients themselves have been shown to support overall health, so I don't believe that the state you live in really matters. I do appreciate that it has USDA organic ingredients and it's sugar-free and natural. I put a dropper full into a shot glass and fill with water so I can just drink it in a couple gulps. It barely has a taste to it, but I drink so many fluids in the morning that I can't have another full glass with this as well.I haven't noticed any negative side effects that I have experienced with other detox products like cramping, bloating, or excessive trips to the bathroom. This feels like a very gentle cleanse so it would be good for those sensitive to products like these. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of these gentle detox drops and would recommend them to others looking for additional support to add to your supplement routine, or even as a stand alone product.

Noticed a positive difference quite quickly.

The liquid format with a dropper makes it easy to take. I usually mix it into a little water. The taste is definitely herbal, but not overpowering or hard to get down once diluted. After using it regularly, I've felt less sluggish and more refreshed overall, which is exactly what I was hoping for from a gentle detox-style formula. If you're looking for a clean, organic herbal detox blend with a solid ingredient profile, this is a very solid option. The ingredient mix is thoughtful, not just random herbs thrown together.- Dandelion root and milk thistle are classic choices for liver support- Turmeric and rosemary add some nice antioxidant support- Eleuthero is a great addition, and I've noticed a subtle but real boost in overall energy and sense of balance while using it

No fillers or junk, just pure ingredients.

This Herbal Detox Blend has a well-rounded ingredient profile built around traditional botanicals like organic dandelion root, milk thistle seed, schisandra berry, sarsaparilla root, noni fruit, nettle leaf, and rosemary leaf. It feels like a classic liver and metabolic support combination, with dandelion and milk thistle often used in herbal traditions for digestive and liver support, and schisandra and nettle commonly included in adaptogenic and whole-body wellness blends. The Supplement Facts are clearly listed without hiding behind vague proprietary blends. The other ingredients are simple and clean with no added sugar, artificial flavors or colors. It is also USDA Organic certified, which adds another layer of quality assurance. The amber glass bottle helps protect the extract from light. Overall, this feels like a thoughtfully crafted herbal formula.

Simple to use and very convenient.

This liquid herbal blend arrives in a dark glass bottle with a dropper top and a clearly printed Supplement Facts panel. The ingredient list includes identifiable botanicals with their Latin names noted, which is helpful for anyone who prefers transparency about plant sources. The label also discloses the extraction ratio and alcohol content. The packaging emphasizes US manufacturing and includes the standard dietary supplement disclaimer. The box design is visually appealing and highlights the brand's state-themed concept. The front shows the product and amount, and the manufacturer contact information is provided. Based on the labeling alone, the presentation appears organized and complete for a small-batch herbal product. As with most liquid extracts, the dropper format makes dosing straightforward. Overall, this is a neatly packaged herbal tincture with detailed ingredient disclosure and clear product information.

Great to find a clean, US-made supplement.

I've never heard of a tincture made for residents of a certain area but this one says for those in Colorado. The question is, does it work for anyone. :-)The smell is very complex. I would say it's 'earthy' but not earthly like ginseng or goldenseal. It just earthy, friendly, etc. It's USDA Organic and everything from the packaging to the ingredient list feels thoughtfully done. The herbal combination is well balanced and clearly intentional. Usually in tinctures the base choice is alcohol or glycerine. I would have preferred alcohol just because you don't normally have to store it in the fridge like you should with glycerine. And this bottle doesn't say to store it in the fridge after opening, but I am anyhow just to be safe. Dandelion root and milk thistle are classic choices for liver support, and I appreciate seeing turmeric included since it's such a staple for overall wellness. The addition of eleuthero is a nice touch too. Rosemary and spirulina round out the formula nicely, making it seem like a comprehensive blend rather than a random mix of trendy ingredients. The liquid dropper makes dosing simple and mess-free. It's a clean, organic formula with a well-thought-out ingredient profile, and so far I haven't noticed any downsides. If you're looking for a high-quality herbal detox blend with solid, familiar ingredients, this is a solid option to consider.

Ingredients I actually know and trust.

HerbEra Washington Herbal Detox Blend contains 7 botanical tailored to the environment. I appreciate that it supports my liver and digestive health. It has all the qualifications I look for to ensure I'm take a safe, high-quality product. It is USDA Organic, GMP Certified, third-party tested, Made in the USA, and vegan. The 2 oz. bottle contains 85 servings. Just shake the bottle and add a full dropper to water or your drink of choice. You can take it 2-3 times per day. I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste when I tested a drop on my finger. Although they don't use any sweeteners, it had a slight sweetness to it, and the overall taste was subtle, pleasant, and smooth. I read in the FAQ section on their website that their products get their sweet taste due to the vegetable glycerin. I mixed it was a little water, and it was very easy to drink. I found it to be a high quality product, made with a very thoughtful formula. I really look forward to enjoying the benefits it offers.

Love that it's organic and clean.

I tend to prefer liquid supplements over capsules, and the ingredient list looked thoughtfully curated. The container arrived secure and well labeled, and I appreciated seeing USDA organic certification along with a clear listing of the herbal components. The dropper integrated into the cap design makes measuring simple and keeps the routine convenient. The taste is distinctly herbal, which is expected with ingredients like milk thistle, dandelion root, and turmeric. I've found it easiest to add the drops to water or juice rather than taking them straight. Once diluted, it becomes much more manageable and fits easily into a daily wellness routine without much fuss. From a formulation standpoint, the combination of ashwagandha, licorice root, nettle, and rosemary makes this feel geared toward steady lifestyle support rather than any dramatic "cleanse." I prefer that approach, as it feels more sustainable and realistic for long-term use. The liquid format also seems to absorb well and is easy to incorporate alongside other supplements. Value-wise, the bottle lasts a reasonable time with consistent use, and the organic sourcing plus US manufacturing adds some confidence in quality control. It's a solid option for anyone who prefers herbal tinctures and wants a straightforward addition to their daily routine.**Pros:** USDA organic herbal ingredient profile Easy-to-use dropper liquid format Mixes well with water or juice Made in the USA with clear labeling**Cons:** Herbal flavor may be strong for some people Proprietary blend limits visibility into exact herb amounts Liquid supplements require consistent daily measuring

Really pleasant herbal taste.

This is my first time trying this brand and I've been really enjoying this Texas Herbal Detox Blend and feel confident giving it five stars. The formula includes an excellent lineup of USDA organic ingredients-milk thistle, dandelion root, burdock, stinging nettle, hibiscus, rosemary, and spirulina-all well-known for supporting liver health, immunity, and gentle detoxification. One of my favorite things about this product is how easy it is to use. I simply add a full, clearly labeled dropper to water each morning, even on an empty stomach, and it's virtually tasteless. There's no bitterness or strong herbal flavor at all, which makes it effortless to incorporate into my daily supplement routine. I already take many of these herbs individually, so having them combined into one liquid tincture is incredibly convenient. It feels like a gentle, everyday detox-nothing harsh, no cleansing discomfort, and absolutely no negative side effects. I like knowing I'm supporting my body naturally, especially considering the amount of environmental toxins we're exposed to daily. I do wish the label listed the milligram amounts per ingredient for full transparency, as it is a proprietary blend. That said, the quality of the product makes up for it. It's vegan, alcohol-free, sugar-free, 100% natural, lab tested, third-party verified, and produced in a GMP-compliant facility in the USA. The packaging and the overall brand presentation is excellent, I appreciate that the expiration date is clearly labeled, giving me plenty of time to enjoy. This is a great option for anyone looking for a gentle, daily herbal detox that's clean, effective, and easy to take. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more blends from this brand-and more states too!

A very subtle, nice herbal flavor.

I love the health benefits from this herbal blend, especially with the mix of other ingredients that provide immune and relaxation support! Within 2 days of taking this, my immune system felt stronger and my sniffles went away. I also noticed a subtle calm and a decrease in tension and worry. The unique part of this supplement is that it is formulated by state to provide accurate immune and allergy support based on the region's environment. There is a slight earthy and floral flavor that is more noticeable when taken directly and less obvious when this liquid is mixed in water. I prefer to take liquid supplements under my tongue for faster absorption and I have not experienced any negative side effects or digestive issues. The measurements on the glass dropper are easy to read and the correct amount of liquid pulls easily. The bottle closes tight for freshness. I enjoy this company for consistent, quality, and effective supplements that are an excellent value for the cost.

Feeling refreshed and more focused.

This is a well-formulated organic herbal extract with a solid lineup of ingredients including burdock root, dandelion root, milk thistle, schisandra berry, eleuthero, cordyceps, and nettle leaf. I appreciate that it's organic and free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and common allergens. The taste is actually quite pleasant, especially for an herbal extract. It's easy to take mixed in water or juice, which makes it simple to use consistently. Many of the herbs in this blend are traditionally used to support liver function, stress resilience, and overall vitality. Milk thistle is particularly well known for liver support, and other ingredients help with energy and endurance.I haven't used it long enough to evaluate long-term benefits yet, so I can't speak to results over time. So far, though, it looks promising and feels like a high-quality product. I'll plan to update this review after extended use.

The dropper makes it so easy to dose.

I've been using this blend for a bit now and l I think it's a solid product with a couple things to consider.First, the dosage. Taking it multiple times a day can feel like a bit much depending on your routine. It's not hard to do, but it's definitely something you have to stay consistent with. If you prefer a once-a-day supplement, this might feel like extra effort.Taste-wise, it's honestly fine for an herbal blend. It has that earthy, slightly bitter dandelion/milk thistle vibe, but nothing overpowering. I've had way worse tinctures. It mixes easily into water or you can take it straight without it being unpleasant.Ingredient-wise, I appreciate the formula. Dandelion root and milk thistle are classic liver-support herbs, eleuthero is nice for overall balance and stress support, and sarsaparilla rounds it out well. The fact that it's USDA Organic and made in the USA is a big plus for me. That definitely adds to the perceived quality and peace of mind. The packaging feels clean and professional, and the dropper is easy to use. It doesn't feel cheap. As for whether it's worth $30 I'd say yes if you value organic sourcing and small-batch herbal blends. At $15 per ounce, it's not the cheapest tincture out there, but with the USDA Organic certification and U.S. production, the price feels justified. This seems to be a good quality, decent taste, solid ingredient lineup just be prepared for multiple daily doses.

Helped me feel less sluggish overall.

I've tried plenty of supplements, but the New York Herbal Detox Blend is a standout for anyone looking to simplify their wellness routine without sacrificing quality. The fact that it's USDA Organic and made in the USA gave me immediate peace of mind, but the performance is what really sold me. Unlike capsules that can feel heavy or take forever to absorb, these liquid drops are incredibly convenient and hit the system fast. The ingredient profile is a powerhouse lineup; you're getting the liver-loving benefits of Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root alongside heavy-hitting adaptogens like Eleuthero and Rhodiola. Since I started taking it, I've noticed a steady lift in my daily energy levels and a significant reduction in that "heavy" feeling after meals. The Turmeric adds a nice anti-inflammatory boost that makes this feel like a total body reset in a bottle. The taste is earthy and authentic-exactly what you'd expect from high-quality extracts-and it mixes perfectly into a morning tea or just a quick glass of water. It has become a non-negotiable part of my morning, providing a clean, natural clarity that helps me tackle the day while knowing I'm supporting my immune system and liver health. If you want a premium, potent formula that actually delivers on its promises, this 2 fl oz bottle is worth every penny.
