This Ceylon Cinnamon tincture is pretty good. It mixes really well with my apple juice and lemonade tea. I could hardly taste a difference between with or without putting in drinks. So far I have been using this tincture for the past two weeks and I can surprisingly tell a difference in my blood pressure as it doesn't get a rise in this horrible humid weather. Love that a lot. Definitely will keep using this for that reason.
I’m taking this along with several other tinctures for my 18 year history of Lyme disease. These herbs have definitely helped where antibiotics didn’t. This has a taste that reminds me of root beer. I take all my tinctures straight out of the bottle on my tongue. This one I save for last along with black walnut because they’re good! Andrographis and Cryptolepsis are bitter.
