This stuff absolutely gives a headache. And tastes awful lol. But it worked. I had preterm labor issues earlier on in my pregnancy and my midwives told me to get on this stuff. It DOES work, to calm contractions and stop them. Which was what we needed.

Word of advice: Make sure you are actually in pre-menopause or menopause before trying this product. I was told by my doctor that I was in pre-menopause at 54 years old, but it turns out he was mistaken. This product stopped my periods and led to intense hot flashes every 15 to 20 minutes, resulting in sleepless nights for over a month. My libido also took a hit, and the more I used it, the worse it got. Surprisingly, when I forgot to take it for a few days, I started feeling better. Eventually, I stopped using it, and my periods returned to normal along with everything else. While this product may work well for some, I no longer have faith in the doctor who recommended it to me.
