The formula’s composition:

• Elecampane, also known as Inula helenium, is an herb native to Europe and some parts of Asia. It has been traditionally used to support health dating back to ancient Rome. Elecampane possesses expectorant effects as well as antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, helping to maintain respiratory tract health.
• Horehound is a small perennial herb with little white flowers, botanically known as Marrubium vulgare and belonging to the mint family. It is a source of diterpenes, providing and expectorant effect and helping to remove mucus in airways and reduce cough.
• Marshmallow Root was once used to make marshmallows, which are popularly roasted over a fire and added to cocoa. From ancient Egypt to present day, it has been used to relieve coughs and sore throats.
• Pleurisy, scientifically known as Asclepias tuberosa, primarily grows in the eastern parts of North America. It is useful for easing respiratory system conditions. Pleurisy promotes healthy lungs, makes breathing easier, and facilitates expectoration.
• Ginger, scientifically known as Zingiber officinale, is a flowering herb whose root is appreciated both as a delicious spice and healing remedy. It is full of beneficial nutrients including pantothenic acid, capsaicin, beta-carotene, curcumin, salicylate, caffeic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, niacin, riboflavin, among others.
