I can't confirm the effectiveness of this product, but the flavor is quite mild. If you're familiar with hibiscus tea, you know it has a strong, tangy taste. However, even doubling the dosage of this tincture (1.4 ml) mixed with 2 ounces of water results in a weak flavor. Considering that 1.4 ml equals the hibiscus amount in a cup of tea, I question its potency. Personally, I think for the price, tea is a better choice and more affordable. Nevertheless, if you dislike the taste of hibiscus tea, this product could be an option, albeit slightly pricier.
