The instructions say one full dropper is 20to30 drops but I never was able to pull more than 15-2...
I'm not super familiar with this product. I heard it's supposed to be beneficial for healthy lungs, and at the time, I was recovering from a nasty cough. The taste wasn't awful, I just mixed it in with my juice or tea, and it was all good. My cough did disappear, but it might have cleared up on its own anyway.
