Customer service was on point. Initially received 2oz instead of the 4oz ordered. After providing evidence, they rectified the mistake and swiftly sent the remaining 2oz. I appreciate the quick resolution within a day of me reaching out. As for the product, I purchased it to help with occasional leg cramps and for its potential quinine content to possibly protect against COVID-19. While my research doesn't confirm this, a friend believes in its benefits. Given the circumstances and my wife's job in a nursing home, I decided to give it a try. The taste was surprisingly pleasant, not like traditional medicines. It's too early to tell if it's effective, but I'm hopeful. 5 stars for the excellent customer service - they've gained my trust for any future purchases.
