Very good????

I love using this recipe for the Trim Healthy Mama Chai Chaga Smoothie.

Single-serve

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water (cold water or unsweetened nut milk)
- 1/2 tsp chaga extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Super Sweet Blend / 2 tbsp regular sugar
- 4 pinches mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (ground cinnamon)
- 3 black peppercorns (or a small sprinkle of ground black pepper; optional)
- 1.5 Tbsp Integral Collagen
- 1/8 tsp Simply Sunflower Lecithin (optional)
- 1 tsp MCT oil (or extra virgin coconut oil)
- 1/4 tsp Glucomannan ("gluccie") (a rounded 1/4 teaspoon)
- 1.5 cups ice cubes (1.5-2 cups of ice cubes)
- 2 Tbsp

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly this product started working for me. On the first day of taking it, my sinuses cleared up significantly after a few hours. I felt my ears, which had been clogged, opening up. My knee pain from arthritis swelling eased, and my sleep improved. The taste is sweet, making it easy to consume. I believe my results will continue to improve with long-term use.

UPDATE - I ordered a second bottle, but unfortunately, it arrived cracked inside the packaging. I had to request a replacement. The color of the liquid in the second bottle was notably lighter than the first one, even after shaking it. The original bottle had a deep rich brown liquid, so I'm unsure if the change in color is due to more filtering or an increase in water and glycerin content. I can't say if this is normal, but I wanted to share this information for reference.

Bought this for my dad who is battling cancer. It's made a real difference in helping him with nausea and providing some comfort.
