I picked this up to help with my high blood pressure. I didn't want to take any more BP pills, and surprisingly, my blood pressure returned to normal within a week of starting the celery seed extract. Adding hibiscus tea and deep breathing exercises really complemented the celery extract in naturally lowering my blood pressure. My husband also gave it a try, and he's managed to reduce his BP medication by half with great results.
