I have chronic insomnia, and my go-to remedy is mixing 30 drops of California Poppy in 4 oz of hot water along with two bags of gaia herbs (Sleep&Relax). This concoction really works for me! Despite only getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night, I wake up feeling rested!

This product is AMAZING. No need to search further for a natural and organic sleep aid. It's EFFECTIVE, TASTES GOOD, HIGH QUALITY, and comes at a REASONABLE PRICE. The company selling it also seems ETHICAL. It gives me GREAT ENERGY. I do wish it would show up more easily when searching for a sleep aid on Amazon, as you currently need to search very specifically to find it.
I've struggled with sleep problems since I was a teenager (I'm in my 30s now). I used to take Ambien a long time ago, but switched to herbal remedies to avoid the dangers and negatives of that medication. I've tried almost everything available - Catnip, Chamomile, Valerian, and California Poppy, in various forms like teas, tinctures, and pills with relaxing plants over the years. I tried this for my pain. Didn't really make a difference. To be fair, my pain issues are hard to pin down and regular pain medication only does so much. I prefer not to rely on pain pills, so I've been experimenting with different natural remedies. This might work better for others.
